Connectivity problems?

With the release of AGi32 Version 2.03 and Photometric Toolbox Version 1.66 we believe we have eliminated most of the connectivity issues that affected older software versions. The completely new Instabase System now resides on a separate server for the fastest possible access and provides a new web-based interface for both users and suppliers alike.

If you are unable to connect to the Instabase System from within AGi32 or Photometric Toolbox, please follow the instructions below to download and install the desired manufacturers Instabase files from your normal Internet browser.

AGi32 Version 2.03 (and later) or Photometric Toolbox Version 1.66 (and later):

1. Download the desired Instabase file (1 at a time) from: http://photometrics.agi32.com/downloader.php
2. Save the file to the folder: .../My Documents/AGi32/PhotometricData_DownloadedInstabaseFiles
3. Open the Instabase System from within AGi32 or Photometric Toolbox
4. Click on the Manage button
5. Select the Advanced tab
6. Select the just downloaded Instabase file
7. Click the Install button

AGi32 Versions 1.7x - 2.02 and PTB Versions 1.5x - 1.65 :

1. Download the desired Instabase file (1 at a time) from: http://photometrics.agi32.com/downloader.php
2. Save the file to the folder: .../My Documents/AGi32/PhotometricData_PDPPackageFiles
3. Open the Instabase System from within AGi32 or Photometric Toolbox
4. Click on the Add button
5. Select the Local tab
6. Select the just downloaded Instabase file
7. Click the Add button
