Todd Saemisch President
Todd recived a BS in Architectural Engineering-Lighting & Electrical Option from the University of Colorado in May 1980. He went to work immediately for the Holophane in product application engineering. In February of 1984, Todd was a co-founder of Lighting Analysts, Inc. As a software engineer, Todd is responsible for product development. Todd has been an IES member since 1980 and was a past chair of the Computer Committee.

David Speer
Vice President Marketing & Sales
David received a BS in Architectural Engineering - Lighting & Electrical Option from the University of Colorado in December 1979. Went to work immediately for the Holophane company in product application engineering. In February of 1984, David was a co-founder of Lighting Analysts, Inc. David has been involved in all stages of business development from product conceptualization and documentation to fulfillment. Responsible for company sales and marketing since 1984. An IES member since 1979.

Dawn DeGrazio Director of Customer Education
Dawn received a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Colorado but it didn't hold her interest, so she returned to CU, saw the light, and received a BS in Architectural Engineering, Illumination emphasis, in 1986. After 14 years in lighting design, plus 7 more years with a manufacturers' rep, a utility and a manufacturer, she is now responsible for customer training, technical writing, and evangelizing the wonders of AGi32. Dawn has been teaching lighting classes and seminars in various venues since 1990. She has been active in the IESNA since 1985 and obtained her LC in 1997. |

| Dawn's non-lighting interests include: Hiking, especially above timberline, reading fiction and non-fiction, and time with her family. |
Renae Bradley
Office Manager
Our office manager Renae joined LAI in November of 2006. She received a two year degree in Business Administration, and a certification in Web Page Design from St. Petersburg College, Florida. Prior to LAI she worked in the real estate industry creating marketing plans and advertising materials. Renae is responsible for customer service, accounting, order processing, web page maintenance, licensing, and many other tasks. |

Joel Spahn
Product Engineer
Joel Spahn was born in the afternoon, graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BS in architectural engineering (emphasis in illumination) in May 2004, and interned at Lighting Analysts during the summers of 2002 and 2003. His responsibilities at LAI include conceptual software design, software verification and benchmarking, technical support, and developing internet applications. Joel has a background in commercial landscape installation as well as some experience in printing. |

Ralph Howard
Customer Care Technician
Ralph brings a fresh perspective to Lighting Analysts, Inc. With a BA in Russian language from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and a MS in computer science from The Ohio State University, Ralph has many years of experience with various computer languages and systems. Ralph provides customer care technical support, writes technical documentation, and does whatever else a jack-of-all-trades can do |

Doug Ross
Customer Care Technician
Doug was born and raised in Colorado. In 1994, he received a degree in General Business from the University of Denver. Prior to joining LAI in December 2007, Doug worked in commercial and residential real estate, built and remodeled houses, and performed customer service for a large home-building company. Doug provides customer care technical support and assists with other projects needed at LAI.
Outside interests: Cycling, fly fishing, art and graphic design, skiing, snowboarding, and riding 4-wheelers. |

Dan Luevano
Information Systems Engineer
Dan received a three-tiered BS degree in Computer Science, Systems Design, and Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1985. Dan has used his technical skills and experience as a designer, developer, integrator, administrator, trainer, marketer, and project manager in the areas of Information Security, Software Development, and Systems Administration. More recently he has honed his skills in the areas of web development and system integration, bringing Lighting Analysts an array of skills and talent. |

Ian Ashdown
Engineer
Ian received his BSc (1973) in Electrical Engineering and MSc (2001) in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. He has done research in image synthesis techniques and photometric methods since 1990, and has authored thirteen academic papers, a book, and over forty articles on illumination engineering, photometric techniques, computer graphics, and other topics. Ian is responsible for the lighting calculation and visualization software of AGi32. He is a longtime member of the IES Computer Committee, and was appointed a Fellow of the IES in August 2000. |
