SupportPlus is our annual maintenance plan for the AGi32 software. It is optional, but highly recommended for all users planning to stay current with the latest developments in the lighting industry and subsequent related enhancements to AGi32. With a SupportPlus subscription, renewed annually, you will have free access to all program releases to ensure you are always using the latest technology.

SupportPlus benefits include:

  • SupportPlus covers AGi32 and Photometric Toolbox (*)
  • Free upgrades (major and minor) for one year
    • Automatic availability of all major program upgrades electronically within one year of your purchase date.
    • Download minor program updates anytime through the automatic updater in AGi32 for any program generation
  • Telephone access to knowledgeable technical support personnel who are experienced in lighting solutions as well as AGi32 (8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time)
  • Unlimited Priority Email, support; email to help@agi32.com
  • Email notification when ALL program updates are available
  • Web support: FAQs, Message board
  • Email newsletter

* Photometric Toolbox license must be current at the time of SupportPlus purchase

Renewal Policy

  • Paper notices are sent via first class mail 60 days prior to renewal date. If your company payment cycle is 90 days, you must initiate action on this notice
  • Email notices are sent to Primary and Secondary contacts 30 days prior to renewal date
  • A grace period of 30 days past the renewal date is provided for late payments. Telephone support and upgrade eligibility remain in place for this time. After the grace period, the SupportPlus plan can be renewed at full price with no change in renewal date. This will result in a full year’s payment for something less than a full year of service. As an option, telephone support can be purchased separately and a new SupportPlus term can be purchased on the release of the next software version as part of a software upgrade
  • Software relases within your grace period are automatically accessible to your account for download and licensing

Users not subscribing to SupportPlus receive:

  • Download minor program updates from the Internet or through the automatic updater in AGi32 for the program generation owned
  • Free Email support from within AGi32 (Help menu, On the Web – Submit Support Report command)
  • Notification of major upgrade availibility and price
  • Notification of minor updates within owned program generation.
  • Web support: FAQs, Message board
  • Email newsletter
