• Support Plus - SupportPlus is an annual maintenance plan that provides customers with unlimited telephone support as well as free upgrades for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

• Knowledgebase - Our knowledgebase is the best way to find answers for common issues. The knowledgebase contains information on bug fixes and known problems, as well as tips on performance and modeling.
  
• AGi32 Help System - This is an online version of the program’s internal Help System. Over 700 pages of printed documentation rolled into hyperlinked HTML Help.
• Photometric Toolbox Help System - This is an online version of the program’s internal Help System.

• Submit a Support Report - If you have a problem with our software, the support report is an easy way to request assistance. The handy online form ensures we receive all the necessary information to best assist you.
