Login Help   Introducing our new Login page! You can either enter your username or your email address, along with a password to sign in. If you previously had an account with Lighting Analysts, Inc.'s old website then you'll notice that logging in is a little different now. We've created a new user name for you from a combination of the email address we had on file plus your LAI User Number. For example, if your email address was 'john@doe.com' and your LAI User Number was 'LAI99999', then your new user name and password would be:     User Name: john-LAI99999     Password: john@doe.com The very first time you log in, use your email address as your password. The website will request that you change your password. This request will continue until you change your password. For security reasons please comply with the request to change your password when you first log in. Don't use an email address for your password, as this will continue to trigger the request to change your password. Use a password that you can remember, but something that is secure enough that others won't easily guess it. If you did not previously have an account with us, then you will need to create a new account, using the Continue button on the Login Page. You do not need to have an LAI User Number to create an account, but if you do have one and you know what it is, then please enter that information when you create your account. If you do not have an LAI User Number, one will be created for you and you will be notified when the number has been assigned to your account.
